Enterprise Tier (Custom Pricing)

IMPORTANT: Enterprise features are currently in development. By purchasing Enterprise, you acknowledge:

  • Phase 1 (Available Now): All Pro features + AI Agent Swarm, Market Intelligence, Competitor Monitoring, Roadmap Generator
  • Phase 2 (Q1 2026): Team workspaces (5-50+ seats), white-label options, custom integrations
  • Phase 3 (Q2 2026): Dedicated account manager, priority support with SLA, custom training sessions
  • Email support with 24-hour response time (business days only)
  • NO GUARANTEED UPTIME SLA until Phase 3
  • NO DEDICATED PHONE SUPPORT until Phase 3

Enterprise customers will receive feature updates at no additional cost as they become available.

4. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security of data transmission
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEAVALIDATOR BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated advice or predictions
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the Service
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
  • Not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Independently verify all AI-generated information before making business decisions
  • Consult with licensed professionals for legal, financial, and regulatory matters

7. Refund Policy

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if canceled within 7 days of initial purchase
  • After 7 Days: No refunds for monthly subscriptions
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refund available within first 30 days
  • Enterprise: Custom refund terms negotiated in contract
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

8. Data & Privacy

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Your ideas and validation results are private and not shared with third parties
  • Free tier: No validation history saved. Pro/Enterprise: Full history saved
  • We use Clerk for authentication and Anthropic Claude for AI processing
  • You retain all intellectual property rights to your ideas

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Modify or discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
